How you'll make an impact Specializes in the management of a cross functional team which works on significant technology and AI projects through scheduling, prioritizing, expectation setting, and cost management. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations. Manages technical and nontechnical aspects of the project. Assembles project teams and manages resource allocation and day-to-day operations of the project. Manages communications and change management strategies for relevant stakeholders for each project Provides logistical project support, risk management, and progress reporting

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery of complex IT and AI-driven projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams across technical and business domains to meet strategic objectives.
Define and maintain project scope, goals, schedules, and budgets.
Implement governance, risk management, and compliance practices related to AI systems.
Develop communication and change management plans for key stakeholders.
Provide technical and logistical project support, assess risks, and ensure timely reporting on progress and outcomes.
Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
