About The Position

Arcadis is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Program management team in the Los Angeles area. As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication. They drive strategic planning, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives and organizational goals.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years (PM II) of project management experience, in managing projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and close-out.
Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

Independently manage all aspects of a project.
Develop and control project scope.
Develop and review project schedules.
Reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents.
Effectively facilitate project team and client meetings.
Negotiate and prepare change orders.
Effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.
Adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges.
Set and manage project expectations.
