About The Position
ASSYST is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an upcoming project in Washington D.C. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the overall leader and single point of accountability to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). This key personnel role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide program delivery, overseeing staffing, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement across complex federal initiatives. Job Location: Washington D.C. (Fully Onsite)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level federal government projects
- Proven expertise in Agile/SCRUM methodologies with a track record of successful delivery
- Deep understanding of DHS organizational complexity and federal program structures
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Developing and executing strategic roadmaps
- Leading large, integrated teams across multiple disciplines
- Managing multi-workstream PMO environments
