About The Position

Under general direction, and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position: The Senior Project Manager, NPI Ops will be responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of supply chain projects, including introduction of new products and transfers of existing project lines Acts as subject matter expert in the fields of operations, supply chain, and manufacturing. Anticipates internal and external business challenges and recommends countermeasures or process improvements Manages extended operations team project resources. Forecasts resource needs, proactively identifies resource issues, and works with leadership to identify solutions Sets clear expectations for team and establishes roles and responsibilities. Coaches team members when necessary to ensure team goals are met Demonstrates an understanding of business partner's needs and manages satisfaction relative to deliverables Coordinates and communicates with business partners to ensure the alignment of plan objectives to activities Identifies, monitors, and proactively mitigates/countermeasures risks. Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level Performs other duties assigned as needed Interactions: R&D Procurement Product Quality and Supplier Quality Demand/Plan Master Data Global Marketing Regulatory Finance Incoming Receiving Warehouse Indirectly manage resources from Demand/Plan, Master Data and Supplier Quality to complete tasks required for establishing and qualifying new products. Ensure implementation of safety and environmental procedures, guidelines and standards. Evaluate employee compliance and enforce established safety and environmental procedures and rules. Create a safe work area environment, recognize safe activities, and reward good safety performance. Ensure that incidents are investigated to determine root cause, and that corrective actions are taken. Ensure employees wear required protective equipment. Ensure EHS inspections are conducted monthly and corrective actions are implemented. All employees have a duty to comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards, ASP policies and procedures.
