About the Department The Franklin Templeton Technology Project Management Office enables the firm’s global strategy through enterprise technology delivery. The team partners closely with business and technology leaders across the organization, including Investment Management and Front Office Operations, to deliver high-impact initiatives supporting Exchange Traded Funds. Working globally, the PMO drives complex programs using Agile practices, strong governance, and clear accountability. Team members gain broad enterprise exposure, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and help shape how strategic value is delivered across Franklin Templeton.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8–12 years of project or program management experience
  • Experience in investment management or front office operations
  • Background in large, multinational organizations
  • Agile certification (Certified Disciplined Agilist, Practitioner, or Scrum)
  • Hands-on Agile delivery experience
  • Effective communication and stakeholder influence skills

  • Financial services industry experience preferred

  • We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $150,000 – 170,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
