About The Position

As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of complex electronic manufacturing programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, interfacing with clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the electronics manufacturing industry and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of proven experience in project management within the electronics manufacturing industry required.
Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, from design to production.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with client

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire lifecycle of electronic manufacturing programs, from initial concept to product delivery.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
Develop and implement program management best practices and methodologies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and providing regular project updates.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings, set expectations, and provide necessary support to ensure team success.
Ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards, coordinating with quality assurance teams throughout the manufacturing process.
Implement and maintain quality control processes to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
