Broadridge is looking for a Senior project Manager who plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. A project manager that leads/coordinates and secures required resources and used formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.

  • Leads, coordinates and/or facilitates cross functional business and technical teams with direct and dotted line reporting to achieve project objectives in support of the company's goals and annual operating plan.
  • Responsible for the entire life cycle, including cost, schedule and technical performance, of assigned program/portfolio(s).
  • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
  • Ensures that project is completed on-time according to the stated specifications and within budgeted costs.
  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
  • Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work.
  • Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education.
  • May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Required in-depth knowledge and experience:
  • Functional Knowledge: Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
