Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of progressive project management experience
  • Proven success leading large, cross‑functional, multi‑workstream initiatives
  • Advanced knowledge of project and change management methodologies
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive audiences
  • Experience translating business strategy into actionable, measurable plans
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Proficiency with project planning, tracking, and reporting tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or large‑scale initiatives
  • Experience coaching or mentoring project managers
  • Strong financial acumen related to budgeting, forecasting, and ROI
  • Experience influencing without direct authority across diverse teams
  • Background working in retail, restaurant, or consumer‑focused environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple, complex projects from planning through delivery, aligned to enterprise priorities
  • Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies
  • Direct cross‑functional teams, setting clear accountability and driving execution
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks
  • Apply and enforce project and change management methodologies and governance
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate project performance to stakeholders and leaders
  • Ensure quality, completeness, and consistency of project deliverables and documentation
  • Coach and mentor project managers and teams to strengthen project execution
