Do such questions intrigue you? - Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company focused on AI Business Strategy. - Role Summary: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key member of the AI Business Strategy team, responsible for driving impactful initiatives, maintaining cohesion across virtual teams, and delivering high -impact analytics to support the strategy team in pipe generation and sales management.

  • Own internal tools to track the development of solutions for product enhancements and escalations, ensuring field and customer timelines are met.
  • Lead and manage multiple virtual teams, fostering effective collaboration and communication to achieve goals within the designated time and budget.
  • Conduct regular meetings to track progress, identify action items, assign owners, and ensure follow -up.
  • Maintain a high level of priority and energy to inspire teams and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Coordinate cross -functional efforts to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to extract meaningful insights and trends from large datasets.
  • Design and maintain sales reports in partnership with Data scientists, including pivot tables and PowerBI to deliver high -impact sales performance analytics.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading virtual teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional data analysis capabilities, with experience in handling large databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data manipulation, and report generation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Adaptable, versatile leader that can make educated decisions and estimations on the go
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience in a large technology organization or a technology startup.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and work in a fast -paced environment.
