About The Position

Senior Project Manager Do you want to lead high-impact projects across cross-functional teams? Are you ready to drive strategic outcomes and deliver results that matter? As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading end-to-end delivery of large, multi-phase projects. Aligning project outcomes with business strategy and long-term goals. Managing cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, finance, and external partners. Overseeing project budgets, resource planning, and vendor coordination. Communicating progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and executives. Identifying and mitigating risks to maintain quality and timelines. Driving accountability and performance across all phases of execution. Implementing governance, documentation, and compliance standards. Delivering work goals with impact over a 12–24 month horizon. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: Have a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field. Bring 10+ years of project management experience leading complex initiatives. Hold a PMP or PMI certification (mandatory). Be skilled in project management tools and methodologies. Have experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Be able to plan, document, and execute programs with precision. Requirements
