Reporting to the Director of Business Operations & PMO, this role provides oversight of various capital projects, drives operational improvements, and leads a team of project and business professionals to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with the university’s mission and technology goals. The Senior Manager collaborates with senior leadership, functional departments, and technical teams to promote transparency, accountability, and sustainable success in IT operations.
