Location: Location: Atlanta, GA Role Overview: We are looking for an Alpharetta‑based Project/Engagement Manager with strong Insurance payment systems experience, including system integration across Paymentus, OneShield, and One Inc . The candidate will lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale payment transformation programs across multiple business units. Job Description: Program & Delivery Management Lead end‑to‑end delivery of payment transformation initiatives across global business units. Define, manage, and execute the roadmap for payment modernization , including: Digital wallets Real‑time payments Reconciliation automation Oversee delivery milestones, timelines, budgets, and KPIs for complex, multi-country programs. Domain Expertise – Payments & Insurance Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for payment workflows across: Policy issuance Claims Premium collections Act as the go‑to expert for enterprise payment systems including ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, card networks , and emerging fintech integrations . Ensure compliance with PSD2, PCI‑DSS, AML/KYC and other global payment regulations. Technology & Vendor Management Lead vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations for third‑party payment platforms. Manage integration programs involving systems such as: Paymentus OneShield One Inc Stripe, Adyen, or similar platforms Work closely with technology, architecture, and platform teams for seamless system integration. Cross‑Functional & Strategic Leadership Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance, compliance, and operations to streamline payment touchpoints. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendor partners, and regulatory bodies. Present program updates to executive leadership and influence strategic decisions. Champion customer‑centric and seamless digital payment experiences .

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering payment systems, digital payment platforms, or financial operations programs.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance lifecycle and how payments integrate across policy and claims processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise payment platform integrations (OneInc, Stripe, Adyen, Paymentus, OneShield, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in multi‑vendor, cross‑functional environments.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications.
  • Prior experience working in US insurance or financial services environments.
  • D1 or D2-level profiles preferred.
