About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with proven Mission Critical / Data Center project experience to lead complex, high-value electrical projects from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out. This role is responsible for driving safety, schedule, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction in fast-paced, high-reliability environments and requires travel.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of electrical project management experience.
  • Proven success delivering Commercial Design-Build electrical projects in heavy commercial, light industrial, and mission critical data center projects.
  • Track record managing $5M+ electrical construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of Design-build delivery methods preferred
  • Strong understanding of Mission critical sequencing and commissioning preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, safety standards, and commercial construction best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Excel, and Revit.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site, traveling project operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior field experience as an electrician, foreman, or superintendent strongly preferred.
  • OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on maintaining the Enterprise Electrical Safety Standards
  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple commercial electrical projects.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance; ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with field supervisors, general contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Manage procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project closeout.
  • Monitor job progress, ensure adherence to construction schedules, and adjust resources as needed.
  • Enforce safety standards and quality control measures in all project phases.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project engineers, coordinators, and field.
  • Represent the company in owner/GC meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
