Overview: The Sr Project Manager (“PM”) leads SB Energy’s utility-scale solar photovoltaic (“PV”) and Battery Energy Storage System (“BESS”) projects through late-stage development and pre-construction, ensuring each project is fully ready for construction mobilization and has successfully closed the initial project financing. This role bridges development and execution by driving permitting, finalizing site control, establishing relationships with stakeholder and authorities having jurisdiction, contracting, engineering, and financial close activities, then handing the project off to the PM responsible for the full build-out. The PM is responsible for the project budget, schedule, risk management, and cross-functional coordination during this critical stage. The PM is expected to be the principal decision maker in all aspects during the phase.
