About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial interior construction projects, including workplace tenant improvements, landlord services, and building repositioning initiatives. This role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules. The position works closely with ownership groups, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality interior environments. This is a leadership role suited for a seasoned professional who can manage complex projects while driving strong client relationships and operational performance.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong experience with commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and workplace build-outs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong financial oversight
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, and project delivery methods
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • Experience managing landlord services and building repositioning projects preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
  • Manage tenant improvement, workplace build-outs, landlord capital projects, and repositioning initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope alignment and constructability
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project financial performance, including cost control and margin management
  • Conduct regular project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and field teams
  • Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and field issues proactively
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations
