Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
At least 6 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects.
Proficient with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety.
A primary point of contact for leadership and other coordinators throughout the project.
Supervise employees who work under the controller in preparing financial reports and budgets.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
Performs other duties as assigned.
