Requirements

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within health, wellness, consumer, or technology industries.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects from concept to launch.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with obsessive attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work comfortably with executives and contributors alike.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
  • Above all: a growth mindset, positive energy, and drive to make a real difference.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously — ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and on target.
  • Translate strategy into detailed plans with clear milestones, owners, and outcomes.
  • Partner with executive sponsors and department heads to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, status updates, and post-mortems to maintain momentum and clarity.
  • Anticipate risks, communicate proactively, and pivot with precision when priorities shift.
  • Build repeatable systems and frameworks that strengthen organizational execution.
  • Serve as a connector and communicator across functions — ensuring everyone is moving in the same direction.
