Freese and Nichols is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our El Paso office to support and grow our West Texas practice. This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in either stormwater engineering or water/wastewater transmission and utilities to lead impactful infrastructure projects that improve communities across the region. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role managing complex projects, mentoring staff, and building strong client relationships. Depending on background and interest, the position may emphasize stormwater planning and design or water/wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and utility infrastructure. Regardless of focus area, this role is integral to delivering innovative, sustainable solutions and advancing Freese and Nichols’ commitment to excellence and community impact.
