Role description: Arcadis is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Program management team in the Los Angeles area. As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication. They drive strategic planning, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years (PM II) of project management experience, in managing projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and close-out.
  • Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
  • Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Must independently manage all aspects of a project.
  • Will develop and control project scope.
  • Ability to develop and review project schedules.
  • Skilled in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents.
  • Effectively facilitate project team and client meetings.
  • Ability to negotiate and prepare change orders.
  • You will effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges.
  • Ability to set and manage project expectations.

  • The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $175,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
