TerraPower Isotopes (TPI) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of assigned projects and work in support of a high-growth business within an operating radiopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for end-to-end technical and project leadership, spanning procurement, design, installation, commissioning, and validation as needed on a given project. The Senior Project Manager will act as the technical and execution leader, responsible for integrating internal engineering, quality, and operations teams, business priorities, with external engineering, construction, and equipment partners. This role is empowered to drive direction, resolve issues, and make timely project decisions based on multidisciplinary input. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for maintaining alignment across all parties and for protecting the project schedule, escalating decisions as required to ensure milestones are met. This position requires a hands-on, technically grounded leader capable of driving alignment, resolving complex issues, and making timely, well-informed decisions in a regulated environment.
