Ready to shape the future of resilient communities? We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Transportation to grow our Transportation Engineering team in our Dublin, OH office. The successful candidate will use their expertise and technical knowledge in planning, design, QA/QC, construction, and client service to successfully execute transportation projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Active Professional Engineering License
10+ years of experience working on/leading ODOT projects

Nice To Haves

Experience with roundabout design hands-on experience using Civil 3D, OpenRoad Designer, and roadway design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the pursuit and delivery of ODOT, city, and county roadway and transportation projects.
Develop scopes of work, fee proposals, project budgets, and schedules.
Manage project financials, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Oversee and provide quality control for roadway, highway, and interchange design, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
Perform and review design computations for urban and rural highways, interchanges, intersections, traffic management, and ADA-compliant infrastructure.
Manage the preparation of planning documents, community engagement, engineering reports, plans and specifications for major and minor projects.
Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants, the general public, and firm staff.
Communicate and interact with project team members, client representatives, review agencies and others as appropriate to project.
