Ready to shape the future of resilient communities? We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Transportation to grow our Transportation Engineering team in our Dublin, OH office. The successful candidate will use their expertise and technical knowledge in planning, design, QA/QC, construction, and client service to successfully execute transportation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Active Professional Engineering License
  • 10+ years of experience working on/leading ODOT projects

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with roundabout design hands-on experience using Civil 3D, OpenRoad Designer, and roadway design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the pursuit and delivery of ODOT, city, and county roadway and transportation projects.
  • Develop scopes of work, fee proposals, project budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage project financials, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee and provide quality control for roadway, highway, and interchange design, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
  • Perform and review design computations for urban and rural highways, interchanges, intersections, traffic management, and ADA-compliant infrastructure.
  • Manage the preparation of planning documents, community engagement, engineering reports, plans and specifications for major and minor projects.
  • Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants, the general public, and firm staff.
  • Communicate and interact with project team members, client representatives, review agencies and others as appropriate to project.
