  • Strong familiarity with enterprise PMO methodologies.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable with digital collaboration and reporting tools.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years supporting HR or L&D initiatives.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑workstream L&D projects aligned with enterprise PMO standards.
  • Navigate shifting priorities with confidence while maintaining project momentum.
  • Balance detailed project execution with big‑picture strategic thinking.
  • Identify friction points and recommend process improvements that respect client systems.
  • Facilitate discussions, synthesize inputs, and mitigate issues on behalf of leadership.
