Requirements

A seasoned construction leader with 5+ years of experience delivering large, vertical construction projects.
A hands-on Senior Project Manager who owns safety, schedule, budget, and client relationships from start to finish.
Strong construction cost, forecasting, and profitability management experience.
A trusted leader and mentor who builds high-performing, accountable project teams.
A clear communicator who partners effectively with clients, field teams, and subcontractors.
Results-driven, organized, and confident managing complex projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead project management teams to successfully deliver complex projects.
Serve as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Accountable for overall project performance and successful delivery.

Oversee execution of work from start to finish.
Mentor and develop project management teams.
