About The Position

Kentro is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the 10-month execution of the USSOCOM Zero Trust Integration ICAM Wave 2 effort. This leader will be responsible for the management, oversight, and successful delivery of the 10-FTE team implementing Enterprise IAM/MFA, PAM, and IGA maturity across the NIPR, SIPR, and Hemlock network enclaves. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, ensuring the project stays on schedule and meets all battle rhythm requirements.

Requirements

  • MA/MS and 10+ years of experience, OR BA/BS and 12+ years of experience (Standard Senior LCAT requirement).
  • Must hold PMP (Project Management Professional) and CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
  • DoD 8570 Compliance: Mapped to IT Project Manager requirements.
  • Active DOD TS/SCI

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing cybersecurity, Identity Management (ICAM), or Zero Trust implementations within the DoD is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Program Execution: Oversee the entire 10-month project lifecycle, from Project Kick-off & Onboarding to Project Closeout, ensuring all Wave 2 objectives are met.
  • Schedule & Resource Management: Manage the detailed schedule and the 10-person delivery team, ensuring productivity during procurement wait times and high-tempo implementation phases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead continuous engagement with government stakeholders (e.g., IT Management Office) and deliver required weekly/monthly status reports regarding progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Risk Management: Perform ongoing identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks, particularly regarding software procurement timelines and accreditation dependencies.
  • Cross-Enclave Coordination: Coordinate technical execution across three distinct network enclaves (NIPR, Hemlock), ensuring the ICAM Architect, Engineers, and ISSM are aligned on deliverables.
  • Deliverable QA: Ensure the timely delivery and quality of all CDRLs, including System Design Documents, SOPs, and the Final Turnover Package.
