The Project Manager, Senior supports the Chief of Staff to the CHRO by coordinating key projects, maintaining operational workflows, and providing operational insights that inform decision making within the Office of the CHRO and broadly with the HR senior leadership team. This role blends project coordination, executive-level communication, and operational organization to ensure the Chief of Staff and CHRO have accurate, timely information and materials. The role manages high-visibility events and long-and short-term projects within the office of the CHRO and broadly across HR, facilitates communication between senior level stakeholders and monitors progress on HR goals. The Senior Project Manager prepares executive-ready presentations, drafts communications for senior HR leaders and ensures smooth execution of department-level operations.
