About The Position

TeraSky is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in the field of IT infrastructure to lead cutting-edge projects for our US customers. As a representative of TeraSky, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with a diverse range of customers, including high-tech companies, startups, global enterprises, public and industrial sectors, as well as financial and educational institutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the Cloud and SDDC Infrastructure industry
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with advanced project management tools such as Monday, SmartSheet, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, adaptability, and a creative mindset
  • A team player with strong problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hands-on technical experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and take full accountability for their execution
  • Collaborate closely with the local Delivery Technical Team Leader and Solution Architects to ensure project success in terms of scope (SOW), timelines, budget, quality, operational needs, and resource allocation
  • Serve as an escalation point for internal and external functions
  • Proactively communicate with all stakeholders to foster engagement, provide encouragement, identify, and resolve issues, and implement efficiency improvements
  • Generate project progress reports for internal teams and customer stakeholders
  • Conduct project status sessions, and communicate anticipated, forecasted, or potential risks and issues
  • Engage with various functions and decision-makers within customer organizations
  • Collaborate with leading technological business partners, including managing escalations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technical solutions and TeraSky's portfolio
  • Develop strong customer relationships, enabling TeraSky to become a trusted advisor for customers' executives and stakeholders
