In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with clients to drive the successful implementation of D365 Finance and Operations solutions. You'll be instrumental in guiding project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that we meet client needs effectively. Accountabilities Collaborate with customers to prepare & manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget, & resource plan for D365 F&O implementations Participate in operational review meetings with customers to translate business needs into functional requirements & business scenarios Identify stakeholders and establish effective and appropriate communication and coordination with all Manage effective transition of requirements to delivery team, ensuring a clear & complete understanding of requirements Manage software development lifecycle for approved development activities Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients & prepare weekly status reports Identify risks & manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients Lead effective collaboration across multiple teams to proactively manage response to escalations and facilitate resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years leading ERP implementations, and at least 5+ years’ experience leading Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or Dynamics AX implementation projects
- 10+ years’ experience with operations or financial implementations
- Excellent client relation skills, communication, organization, & prioritization capabilities
- Demonstrated experience leading senior business executive level meetings
- Prior experience working at a Consultancy
- 25-50% travel may be required
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Responsibilities
