Requirements

5+ years of project management experience
Must have 5 years of Project Management Experience
Must be able to work with clients, co-workers, and other managers
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug tests
Must be highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be proficient in job costing and scheduling
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests

Nice To Haves

Construction background is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects, meeting timelines and budgets
Prepare and review project estimates, contracts, and change orders
On site inspections conducted regularly to monitor progress and safety regulations
Financial reporting on each project
