Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or large-scale product launch environments
  • Proven success managing complex projects involving equipment installations, process improvements, and technology deployments
  • Strong understanding of automated manufacturing technologies and direct-to-store logistics
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with EDI, ERP, MES integrations
  • PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • Exposure to commercial, marketing, and sales collaboration for product launches

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and stabilization of manufacturing and supply chain projects, including equipment installations and technology rollouts
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Oversee direct-to-store logistics and technology integrations (EDI, ERP, MES) to support product launches and automation
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to equipment, supply chain, and production schedules
  • Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation for scalable processes
  • Mentor internal staff to build sustainable project management capabilities
