A world-class global workplace services organization is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join its Business Transformation and Shared Services team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and business transformation. About the Role: The Senior Project Manager will oversee a variety of high-impact projects and programs within the Operations function, including initiatives related to Customer Health Management, Quality Assurance, Vendor Management, and Continuous Improvement. This role combines strong project leadership with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams toward successful execution using PMI, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic projects, defining project goals, success metrics, and execution plans.
  • Develop and implement processes, tools, and change strategies to support user adoption and long-term project maturity.
  • Manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables across teams.
  • Plan and execute project rollouts with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings (including large-scale reviews with 50+ participants), driving accountability and results.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, resource conflicts, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track project financials and ensure alignment with budget expectations.
  • Regularly communicate project status, issues, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposal support and client engagement.
  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale projects or portfolios, ideally within a workplace services or outsourced services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Marketing, or Project Management.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives across business, operations, and IT domains.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with experience influencing senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Skilled in managing projects in a global, matrixed, multicultural environment.
  • Must be able to work core business hours
  • Willingness to travel as needed (not on a regular basis).
  • Certifications such as PMP, Certified Business Analyst, or Scrum Master highly desired (or equivalent experience).
