About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in project management.
• PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
• Experience with Public Safety communications systems preferred.
• Proficiency in project scheduling applications such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in revenue growth.
• Ability to assess and mitigate project-related risks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with teams.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to think outside of standard responsibilities and take initiative.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Public Safety communications systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the successful implementation and hand-off to support.
• Develop and manage the master project plan using automated tools.
• Define and measure performance against specific project goals.
• Allocate project staff with required competencies.
