Job Summary: The Sr. Project Manager will manage a multi-phased project involving the analysis, design, and deployment and development of a support structure for a new Manufacturing Execution System. The candidate will develop project plans for each phase to ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and budget. This role is accountable for projects being delivered efficiently with consistency in results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance our manufacturing capabilities and efficiency. The position requires extensive facilitation of, and collaboration with, cross-functional groups including engineering, manufacturing, IT, supply chain, finance, and other teams, as appropriate.
