About Allcon Roofing Established in 2007 with a focus on commercial and residential roofing Headquartered in the Upstate, with projects across South Carolina, North Carolina, and the Southeast Known for delivering quality work, fostering strong client relationships, and investing in employee growth Committed to professionalism, integrity, and service excellence Position Overview As a Senior Project Manager, you will: Lead and support the commercial department's project managers Directly manage key commercial roofing projects from pre-construction to completion Ensure compliance with safety, quality, budget, and timeline targets Represent Allcon Roofing with professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions Oversee job cost tracking, subcontractor management, schedule management, and change orders Use project management software to maintain communications, schedules, and records

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and construction methods
  • Experience leading multi-site or high-volume commercial roofing projects
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, crews, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Familiarity with relevant software platforms for construction project management
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Manage project financials including budgets, billings, SOVs, and cost controls
  • Supervise superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  • Handle customer updates, requests, and issue resolution
  • Oversee materials procurement, equipment logistics, and site readiness
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies
  • Process and manage change orders and project documentation
  • Support scheduling, field progress reports, and resource coordination
  • Use project management software to track progress and report on project health
