The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for both residential and commercial reconstruction work performed by the branch office. You will lead a team of in-house craftsmen to ensure excellence in work performed. You will also be responsible for the oversight of work performed by our subcontractors. This position is hands-on, and you will be managing projects from the field. Unlike new construction, our rebuild projects present a myriad of challenges and no two days are the same. From start to finish you will be responsible for assuring the projects are completed to the highest quality standards, are finished on time, and on budget including collections. This role is also responsible for assuring all customer satisfaction and insurance scores are kept at the highest levels. This position will allow you to interact with property owners and insurance professionals. You will work with some of the best subcontractors in the business and have the opportunity to take on bigger and bigger projects as your skills develop. Ultimately, the opportunity to move into a Construction Manager role would be your next career step.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team oriented.
  • Ability to communicate with property owners.
  • Experience working with both time and material.
  • Xactimate estimating highly preferred.
  • Contractor's License preferred.

Responsibilities
