About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, cloud-based application projects with a focus on Workday implementations, optimizations, and upgrades. This role will drive high-impact initiatives that support digital transformation efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, and IT, as well as external vendors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering Workday projects (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Finance), expertise in SaaS solution lifecycles, and the ability to navigate a dynamic environment with strong communication, leadership, and execution skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Workday Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative settings and is passionate about driving results that align with enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • PMP certification (required).
  • 4+ years of Workday project management experience including implementations, integrations, and optimizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Recruiting).
  • Proven success leading large-scale SaaS transformation projects.
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall (or hybrid) methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday integrations, data migration, and vendor methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Workday and other cloud application projects from initiation through completion.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure transparency, accountability, and seamless collaboration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners to meet delivery milestones.
  • Proactively manage risks, budgets, and change control processes.
  • Deliver executive-level project updates, progress reports, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Drive adoption through structured change management and ensure smooth transitions for end-users.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future project delivery.
