The Senior Project Manager at True Media is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing project scopes, timelines, resources, and communication. This role requires a deep understanding of agency processes and roles, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The Senior Project Manager is proactive, strategic, and organized, focusing on continual improvement, reliability, and accountability. They are effective problem solvers who assess potential risks and opportunities, building strong internal relationships and assisting client strategists in fostering client relationships.

  • Develop and manage statements of work that meet client needs and minimize agency risk.
  • Monitor account activity against the statement of work and manage scope changes as needed.
  • Develop hours estimates and manage those estimates collaboratively with the account team.
  • Facilitate discussions concerning time allocations with team members and manage billing status of account time.
  • Understand client organizational needs for client setup in Advantage, including job numbers and media plans.
  • Manage the organization and naming of files on the server and Google Drive, focusing on key documents.
  • Develop and document campaign timelines collaboratively with account teams and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop media authorizations and ensure campaign spends align with them through regular checks.
  • Schedule client and internal meetings, manage agendas, and record meeting notes and action items.
  • Facilitate adherence to agency roles and processes within the account team.
  • Proactively facilitate internal account communication and assist client strategists with client requests.
  • Assist with new business pitches and train and mentor others in the agency.
  • 3-5 years of Project Management or Account Management experience.
  • 1-2 years of Project Management experience in an agency or marketing related setting.
  • Proficient with industry tools and systems, with a strong understanding of media fundamentals.
  • Successfully complete Google Analytics Beginner coursework within six months of position start, renewing yearly.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit advanced strategic direction and risk management for assigned clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or communications preferred, or equivalent experience.
