Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Resilience Water Team in Miami, Florida! This is more than just a project management role — it’s an opportunity to use your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovative solutions for conveyance, treatment, and master planning projects across Miami-Dade County and South Florida. You’ll play a key role in delivering transformative municipal infrastructure, mentoring rising talent, and strengthening client partnerships — all while growing your own career with a global leader in sustainable design and engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 12 years of experience managing municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects
  • P.E. license (or ability to obtain one in Florida within 6 months)

Responsibilities

  • Managing the planning, design, and construction of treatment facilities, pump/lift stations, and distribution and collection systems
  • Leading cross-functional project teams from concept through completion
  • Building trusted relationships with municipal clients and guiding them through every step of the project lifecycle
  • Mentoring junior staff and ensuring technical excellence across your team
  • Developing scopes of work, budgets, and construction documents
  • Supporting strategic growth efforts through proposals, pursuit planning, and teaming strategy
