We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager | Water & Wastewater to join our team of talented professionals in Cranberry Township, PA . As a Senior Water & Wastewater Project Manager , you are responsible for: Managing environmental water/wastewater projects Preparing project designs and reports Preparing and administering construction contracts Managing financial resources and project profitability Completing project permitting requirements Client relationship management and development activities Communicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budget Providing project review, QA/QC and compliance to client specific requirements Additional areas of responsibility may include: Assisting with staff training Providing recommendations to supervisor regarding staffing requirements Life at HRG Are you a creative problem solver who wants to make a difference in people’s everyday lives? Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis
  • Pennsylvania P.E. licensure
  • 10+ years' project experience involving: Design of water distribution and treatment systems Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes Hydraulics On lot systems Environmental assessments
  • Minimum 5-10 years project management experience:
  • Ability to provide timely project deliverables
  • Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction
  • Previous experience with: Computer modeling of water systems Hydraulic design software PA DEP regulations
  • Full knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and various engineering applications are required
  • Team player possessing strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays (Valid US Driver’s License is required)
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Previous experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
  • Previous marketing experience
