About The Position

The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for managing and coordinating all project efforts to ensure effective execution. Prepares financial work plans and serves as a primary client liaison.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the field of engineering, or construction management required.
• 15+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Create, direct, and oversee strategic plans for overall success throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure QAQC protocols.
• Plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
