Role Summary As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-value projects. You’ll be the trusted link between clients, partners, and internal teams ensuring projects run smoothly and meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Requirements

Experienced project leader with a background in Utilities, Renewables, or Infrastructure.
Skilled communicator who values teamwork and inclusion.
Knowledge of NEC contracts and project governance.
Ability to bring people together and create a positive, solution-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Guide large-scale or multiple projects with confidence and clarity.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency.
Champion collaboration across diverse teams and disciplines.
Ensure compliance with NEC contracts while keeping projects on track and within budget.
Drive continuous improvement and encourage innovative solutions.
Act as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and resolving issues.
