Requirements

12+ years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering and design, traffic operations, and/or ITS planning and design .
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Colorado , with expertise in transportation engineering and planning.
Proven success in winning, leading, and delivering transportation projects in the local area.
Established relationships with key stakeholders , including local DOTs, agencies, and municipalities.
Strong business acumen , with experience managing projects profitably and navigating agency specifications.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills , with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate at all levels.
Client-focused mindset , with a passion for problem-solving and delivering innovative transportation solutions.
Proven ability to mentor and develop staff , fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
Demonstrated experience in resource management , ensuring teams are effectively aligned and projects run smoothly.
