About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Transformation Management Office (TMO). The TMO provides direction, oversight, and coordination of transformation initiatives across the enterprise. The role involves leading complex, cross-functional projects aligned with MSK's strategic goals, ranging from departmental initiatives to enterprise-wide transformation programs. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a trusted partner to project and executive sponsors, bringing expertise in project and change management. Responsibilities include driving all phases of the project lifecycle, outlining project requirements, applying best practice methodologies, facilitating meetings, implementing change management processes, and mentoring junior project managers.
