We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Transformation Lead . This role is critical in driving and managing site & product initiatives that support strategic business transformation. The work involves planning, coordinating, and executing key initiatives, all the while ensuring alignment with business unit goals and managing the performance of the program(s) to ensure targets are met. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders across various business units to achieve measurable outcomes and deliver sustainable change. This position will work onsite at our Monroe, NC facility.
