Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager/Stormwater Design Engineer in our Dallas TX office. Typical projects involve hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater mitigation, stormwater design, storm water master plans, mitigation planning, surface water assessment, and storm water quality in order to assist federal, state and local clients. The Project Manager will also participate in the development of proposals, lead business development, present at conferences, participate in professional organizations, and will have the opportunity to grow nationally.

  • Develop strong client relationships in a Project Manager and Client Manager role
  • Perform engineering analysis
  • Develop preliminary and detailed designs of stormwater facilities
  • Write specifications and construction documents
  • B.S. or MS Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or related engineering field), with emphasis in water resources
  • 10+ years' water resources-related experience
  • Progressive experience conducting business development and/or project delivery for stormwater and resilience projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge of hydrology and open channel hydraulics
  • Knowledge/experience with ESRI Arc GIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, AutoCAD
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office software
  • Team player
  • P.E. certification
  • Dam Safety and design experience
  • Knowledge and Experience with USACE Civil Works projects
