It's a delivery leadership opportunity for someone who wants ownership, impact, and variety across complex software initiatives. VIATechnik is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple, high-impact software development projects from early planning through deployment. You'll work closely with engineering teams, product leaders, and clients to turn ambiguity into execution-and execution into results.

- Has led multiple complex software development projects in fast-moving environments
- Is comfortable operating without rigid playbooks, tailoring approach based on team, product, and context
- Learns new domains and technologies quickly and applies that learning in real time

Responsibilities
- Delivering multiple software projects end-to-end-on time, on scope, and aligned to real business outcomes
- Creating clarity where there is ambiguity, translating goals into executable plans, milestones, and priorities
- Building trust with engineers and stakeholders through clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through
- Adapting quickly to change-shifting priorities, evolving requirements, new technologies-without losing momentum
- Owning outcomes, not just managing tasks-stepping into details when needed and leading at a higher level when required
- Improving how delivery works, introducing smarter planning, better visibility, and pragmatic process improvements
- Leveraging modern tools, automation, and AI to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across projects
