About The Position
The TeamWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join American Tower's Shared Services team. The Shared Services team is a multifunctional team delivering process optimization, technology solutions, data management, and reporting analytics for all departments within Operations. Day to day you will plan, direct and coordinate business activities to ensure successful completion of projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will partner cross-functionally to deliver projects that optimize efficiency and/or the customer experience. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for defining project objectives, scope, and level of effort, as well as assigning duties and responsibilities to project personnel. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing work plans for each project phase and ensuring that resources are effectively utilized to meet project goals. You will also be tasked with preparing project status reports for management and business unit leaders, monitoring progress against plans, and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
