About The Position

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in the United States. In this role, you will lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and schedules. You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, upper management, and project teams, providing guidance, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks. The position involves planning and executing project strategies, managing resources, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams. You will also implement best practices in project management, foster team collaboration, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment where leadership and strategic impact are key to success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably with large-scale projects.
  • PMP certification required; PMO experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Agile and Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with project management software such as JIRA, MS Project, and related tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in Business, Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, charters, and schedules aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Monitor production quality, performance, and adherence to stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve project issues and risks promptly.
  • Manage project resources and portfolios to optimize efficiency and output.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Implement change management practices and process improvements.
