About The Position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex curriculum and cross-functional initiatives that directly impact educational products and services. You will oversee multiple high-profile projects, manage risks and changes, and ensure timely delivery while fostering collaboration across departments. Your role will be critical in improving project processes, aligning programs with strategic goals, and serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. You will mentor team members, drive accountability, and apply project management best practices to deliver results. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience managing complex initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale projects on time, within scope, and with high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing stakeholders, presenting to senior leadership, and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or Agile certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% and maintain valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple curriculum and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage team responsibilities to meet goals on time and within scope.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
  • Provide status reporting to leadership on milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, risks, and issues.
  • Foster collaboration among technology, marketing, curriculum development, and external partners.
  • Implement process improvements, tools, templates, and standards to enhance project and program delivery.
  • Serve as a mentor and guide for project teams, promoting accountability, effective communication, and professional development.
