This role can be based in either Vanguard's Charlotte, NC or Malvern, PA office. The Compliance Strategy & Operations (CS&O) Team is looking for a Specialist to manage the US Regulatory Change Management Process and aid CS&O with other ongoing initiatives. CS&O is on the leading edge of the changing technologies and processes within Compliance. This Specialist will be involved in the change management process for technologies across the enterprise as it connects to the Global Regulatory Change Management Function as a part of Investing in our Foundations initiative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and team leadership skills as will require coordination of many internal and external stakeholders globally.
