The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full breadth of creative projects, including preparing and owning timelines, budgets, and scopes. This role involves managing staffing and resourcing for brands, ensuring the weekly tracking and management of budgets, and flagging any necessary changes in scope to the client. The position requires strategic thinking in managing both tactical and new business work, leading a team in executing integrated tactics, and solving issues within project parameters using creative solutions. The Senior Project Manager will also manage risks on projects, develop appropriate financial structures for projects or campaigns, and lead multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously, managing $5-10MM in business. Additionally, the role includes preparing financial rollups for monthly meetings and participating in the reviews of annual/project staffing plans.

  • Prepare and own timelines, budgets and scopes for full breadth of creative projects
  • Manage staffing and resourcing for brands, including annual and incremental SOWs
  • Work with Client Finance, Account Management and Production departments to ensure weekly tracking and management of budgets
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking in the management of tactical and new business work

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in integrated agency environment
  • Experience with digital advertising/social
  • Experience in large teams
